Accommodation at the event is in one of two sleeping areas: dormitory bunks and beds in the Manor House or bunks in the Pod Village. The bed is yours for all three nights (even if you can only make part of the event). Please note you will need to bring your own bedding or sleeping bag.
Dormitories may be of mixed gender – please let us know if you would rather be in a single gender room and we will try to aarrange that if possible. We will also try to put those who wish to be in the same room together, although we cannot guarantee this. The Pod Village is close to a large purpose-built toilet and hot shower block. All pods include a heating system, lighting and USB charging point. Please note there are no plug sockets in the pods.
Some rooms may be available for group bookings.
There is free car parking for event attendees in carparks either close to the Manor House or to the Pod Village.
Campervans, Motorhomes and Caravans: there is parking for these close to the Pod Village’s toilet and show block. Please let the organisers know if you are planning on bringing one of these, as we need to make sure there is the correct space left.
For those wishing to stay offsite, there are various nearby hotels within a few minutes drive away. For instance, there’s a Premier Inn in Bromsgrove which is 2.2 miles away.
